By engaging our services or submitting an enquiry through our website, you agree to these terms.

Scope of Services

We provide bookkeeping, financial data clean-up, payroll services, bookkeeping software setup, and bookkeeping support as agreed with each client.

We do not provide:

  • Tax advice or tax returns

  • VAT registration or VAT return services

  • Statutory accounts or financial advisory services

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and timely information

  • Ensuring access to bookkeeping systems and records

  • Reviewing work provided and raising queries promptly

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the client.

Use of Information

Our services rely on the data provided by the client. We do not verify the accuracy of source documents unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Fees and Payment

Fees are agreed in advance. Invoices are payable in accordance with the agreed payment terms. Late payment may result in suspension of services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Business decisions made using information we provide

  • Losses arising from incorrect or incomplete client data

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice, subject to any outstanding fees.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
